The game features the four Turtles – Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael – battling against a variety of enemies, including Foot Clan ninjas and other mutants. The game features a variety of gameplay mechanics including different fighting styles for each turtle, special moves, and the ability to team up to take on enemies.

Players control one of the four Turtles, each with their own unique fighting style and abilities, as they battle their way through hordes of enemies in a variety of environments. The game features a story mode, as well as a variety of other game modes including a challenge mode, a survival mode, and a multiplayer mode.
