Pathologic 2 is a challenging and atmospheric RPG where you play as one of three characters: Artemy, a surgeon; Haruspex, a mystical healer; or The Changeling, a mysterious outsider. Each character has their own unique skills, perspectives, and stories. The game takes place in the remote town of Stewnitz which is facing a deadly plague and is set across 12 in-game days. You must navigate the complex social dynamics of this town, manage resources, treat the sick, and investigate the plague's origins while battling both the disease and the townspeople's distrust.
